These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Business Index website located at aibi.fyi ("Website"), operated by WA AI Hub ("we", "us", or "our"), a Western Australian organisation.

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

  • "AIBI Report" means the Australia AI Business Index 2026 publication and any related materials

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable licence agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to:

  • View and download the free Executive Summary for personal or internal business use
  • Access purchased reports in accordance with your licence tier
  • Share links to the Website

4.3 Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by your licence agreement, you must not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without written permission
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our Content
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Content
  • Use Content for commercial purposes without a valid licence

5. User Submissions

When you submit information through our forms (e.g., Executive Summary download, Board Briefing enquiries), you:

  • Warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete
  • Agree to our Privacy Policy and Collection Notice
  • Accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact information

Australian Consumer Law Notice: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
